We take pride in offering optimized shopping experiences. Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund within 60 days of the date of purchase. Once the returned item arrives back in 1MORE’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. Please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org for return or exchange information. Our return and refund will normally be processed within 10 business days.
- Email email@example.com with your details and order #, provide photos of the products.
- Follow the instructions that customer service provided.
- When the item arrives in our office, we will inspect it and issue a refund or send a replacement depending on your choice.
- Do not send products back without contacting our support team.
- Please send all original packaging and accessories including all warranty cards and product manuals along with the returned products.
- For products with artificial damages, the return wouldn't be approved.
- Expedited shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Only one prepaid return label will be provided for the same order, unless there is still a quality issue after the exchange.
- For orders purchased within 30 days, prepaid return lable is available for all returns. For orders purchased within 60 days, prepaid return label is only available for returns due to quality issues.
